Q1: What material are the shoes made with? 

Ans: All articles of shoes, boots and sneakers that you see listed on meller moss are made with a 110% genuine cow leather. This makes our footwear last longer and bring more comfort and style to your feet. All articles are passed through a total of 12 quality assurance checks before making them public to our customers. 

Q2: Do you guys ship to my country? 

Ans:  Meller Moss ships all around the world. You just need to specify the country and Zip code at the order checkout page and we will ship the article to your provided address right away!   

Q3: How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Ans: We have a standard shipping time of 10-11 days for every order that we receive on the website. However, depending upon the trade & international shipping regulations of your home country, the shipping might take a bit longer. You can remain in contact with our Customer support executives at info@mellermoss.com to keep track of your order! 

Q4: Can I change the design or size after I have placed an order? 

Ans: Yes, you can do that but ONLY if you change your requirements for the order the same day that you placed it. Otherwise, you won’t be able to change it as we forward the details of every order the same day to our manufacturer and they process it the very next day. 

Q5: Can I return my order? 

Ans: Yes, we have a no questions asked return policy of 6 days after which you cannot return the order. In order to get your hands on the procedure of returning a meller moss product, you can shoot us an email at support@mellermoss.com and a customer support professional will get in touch with you within 24 hours. 

Q6: Can I get a refund on my order? 

Ans: Yes, a customer can claim a refund on his/her order within two days of placing one on the website. After which the customer will not be able to claim a refund! 

Q7: Where is meller moss based? 

Ans: Our operations are based in the UK but we do not have a physical outlet yet.
