Discover the art of Patina, crafted by Mario Rodrigues, also known as Mr. Patina, a skilled craftsman working in our factory in Spain. Mr. Patina has been a valued member of the Meller Moss team, and his hand-coloring technique for shoes was a groundbreaking innovation in the 80's and has since become an icon in the world of luxury shoes and leather goods.

Using the Patina art craft method, each shoe is individually hand-dyed to create a completely unique patina with an aged effect. The process begins with unfinished crust leather, which has been tanned and handled but not dyed.

Each shoe is meticulously hand-dyed by Mr. Patina using white cloths, brushes, and sponges. This creates a unique look on every pair of shoes, giving them a special personality and "soul". With attentive care and superior savoir-faire, Mr. Patina perfects the personality of each pair of shoes. His work for Meller Moss has been positive, and we are proud to have him as a member of our team.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also email us directly on contact@mellermoss.com and we will be happy to assit.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The product will not be displayed if the product wont be able to be shipped to your destination.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most of the products could be delivered within 1-3 working days via DHL AIR EXPRES SERVICES.

Please also note that on average, we have a standard manufacturing time of 7 working days, and shipping time of 3 working days throughout the world.
